2. Service Description

BitPulse provides lead generation and online advertising services designed to help businesses identify and connect with qualified prospects. Our services include:

• AI-powered lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Lead scoring and analytics
• CRM integration and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing ranging from $40-60 per lead depending on the advertising channel and service tier selected. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We define a qualified lead as a prospect who:

• Matches your specified target demographic criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Has provided valid and accurate contact information
• Meets our AI qualification scoring threshold of 85% or higher

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and business requirements
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by BitPulse remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use our services for their intended business purposes only.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business data. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

BitPulse's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and access to our services will be discontinued.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
